The company le vili was born in 1992 : 3 producers decided to join themselves by creating a company. This collaboration aims to mutualize and commercialize their production of shallots.
In 1996, a semi-automatic machine for clusters preparation is created: “the échagrappe ».
Between 2002 et 2004, the mains axes of development of the company were :
- Etablishment of the Export service, now representing 30% of the annual turnover
- Extension of the range which is now including garlic and yellow onions.
In 2005, le vili becomes the only company in Brittany under IFS Certification.
In 2007, new range development with the addition of fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and artichokes. Few years later forgotten vegetables were also added to the assortment.
In 2015, le vili becomes membership of the association « Produit en Bretagne ».
